I'm a Law & Order: SVU junkie, a My Chemical Romance freak, and most of all, a passionate creative. I whole-heartedly believe that I have the coolest job in the world: I get to capture love and all its expressions, and also get to meet some amazing people.
If you've ever felt different, odd, or weird, like you don't fit a certain aesthetic or idea: I'm the photographer for you. My business is a safe space for all walks of life, all orientations and identities.
I am Delaware based- but not bound! I serve MD, NJ, PA, and do travel for a fee!
I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was the first time we used Leo Rising Photography but I have to say any and all expectations were far exceeded. Emily was communicative and kept us informed every step of the way from the moment we filled out the interest form till gallery delivery. She made the whole photograph process easy and fun. Emily was so patient and amazing with my two toddlers and actually had them engaged and cooperating with smiling and participating in the shoot. The photos turned out beautiful and are our new favorite family photos!

We absolutely adore getting our photos taken by her. She’s such a bright, kind, smiling personality with so much patience and love in her heart for the people she photographs and what she does. She has never failed to make our family feel SO comfortable at every shoot and has done amazing working with our crazy kiddos to get the absolute best photos.
